Nobody Knows Who You Are

Graeme Barlow on Finding the One Constraint That Matters

Graeme Barlow sold a company at 16, grew Iversoft from 7 people to more than 50, and now runs FounderLink. Every business is held back by customers, cash, or delivery, and he shows how to find yours and attack it, then coaches Matt through his own on the spot.

Before you hire another admin

A three minute scorecard. See how much of that next hire is repetitive work a system could take off your plate.

Take the scorecard

Graeme Barlow sold a company at 16 and grew Iversoft from 7 people to more than 50. Today he oversees growth across the AI companies at Martell Ventures, coaches about a hundred companies, and runs FounderLink, a community of more than 2,000 founders.

His rule for finding the bottleneck is simple. Every business is held back by customers, cash, or delivery. Figure out which one is yours, then attack that one thing instead of spreading your effort across everything.

Then he turns the question on Matt, gets an answer, and hands him a challenge: two hours a day, one to create content and one to post it, for sixty days.
