We structure our Large Package Plan to provide comprehensive support and expertise at every stage of the software development process.

In the first month, we assemble a robust team with a full-time Scrum Master, Cloud Engineer, Software Developer, Software Architect, Designer, and QA specialist. This ensures a strong foundation in project management, cloud infrastructure, development, architecture, design, and quality assurance from the outset.

By the second month, the team configuration evolves to reinforce architectural planning and cloud engineering, maintaining full-time roles for the Scrum Master, Cloud Engineer, Software Developer, Software Architect, and QA. We adjust the Designer’s role to part-time, reflecting a shift towards more focused design tasks.

From the third month onward, the focus intensifies on software development with four full-time Software Developers and two full-time QA specialists to ensure continuous quality improvement. The Scrum Master and Software Architect continue their full-time involvement to sustain agile practices and architectural oversight. The Designer remains available as needed to support ongoing design requirements.

This phased approach guarantees that each project phase is supported by the right mix of skills and expertise, driving efficient progress and achieving successful outcomes.

*FTE stands for “Full-Time Equivalent.” It is a unit that indicates the workload of an employed person in a way that makes workloads comparable across various contexts. For example, one FTE is equivalent to one full-time worker, while 0.5 FTE indicates half of a full-time workload.
