We designed our Medium Package Plan to provide balanced and effective support throughout the software development lifecycle.

In the first month, we deploy a comprehensive team including a Scrum Master, Cloud Engineer, Software Developer, Software Architect, Designer, and QA specialist. This setup ensures strong leadership, thorough planning, and quality assurance right from the start.

By the second month, we maintain the same team structure. We will increase the involvement of the Software Architect. This is to ensure robust architectural planning. The Designer continues to play a significant role, supporting the visual and functional aspects of the project.

From the third month onward, the focus shifts towards intensive software development with a full-time commitment from four Software Developers and two QA specialists. The Scrum Master, Software Architect, and Designer (as needed) continue to support the project, ensuring agile practices, architectural integrity, and design excellence are maintained.

This phased approach ensures that each project phase receives the necessary expertise and attention, driving efficient progress and successful outcomes.

*FTE stands for “Full-Time Equivalent.” It is a unit that indicates the workload of an employed person in a way that makes workloads comparable across various contexts. For example, one FTE is equivalent to one full-time worker. While 0.5 FTE indicates half of a full-time workload.
