Small Package Plan for Software Development

Our Small Package Plan ensures optimal resource allocation and project efficiency throughout the software development lifecycle, providing a structured and adaptable approach for successful project execution.

In the first month, we deploy a full team consisting of a Scrum Master, Cloud Engineer, Software Architect, and Designer. This ensures strong leadership, architectural planning, cloud infrastructure setup, and design excellence from the start. This comprehensive setup phase lays a solid foundation for the project.

By the second month, we adjust the focus slightly. Reducing the Scrum Master’s involvement while maintaining full-time engagement from the Cloud Engineer, Software Architect, and Designer. Quality Assurance (QA) begins to play a role with a part-time commitment. This ensures early-stage testing and quality checks are integrated into the development process.

From the third month onward, the team adapts to prioritize intensive software development with two full-time Software Developers and full-time QA support. The Scrum Master and Software Architect continue their involvement at reduced levels to sustain agile practices and architectural integrity. The Designer is available as needed to support ongoing design requirements, ensuring the project’s visual and functional aspects are consistently addressed.

This strategic phased approach ensures that each stage of the project receives the appropriate expertise and attention, driving efficient progress and successful outcomes. It allows for flexibility and responsiveness to project needs as they evolve.

*FTE stands for “Full-Time Equivalent.” It is a unit that indicates the workload of an employed person in a way that makes workloads comparable across various contexts. For example, one FTE is equivalent to one full-time worker, while 0.5 FTE indicates half of a full-time workload.
